What ended the Black Panther for Self-Defense?

The Black Panther Party (BPP) and the whole Black community that had to say something about their oppression was targeted by the FBI, and other parts of the government. The Black Panther Party was started by two African American men, Bobby Seale and Huey P. Newton. They saw an issue in the black

community they knew that the policemen weren't going to try to help them. They stood against police brutality and gang violence which was hurting their people. They feed the children of their community by starting the Breakfast Program and they used to give food to the adults as well. They started a free clinic to help take care of their people. They started multiple different programs to help their community. The government did like how the black community was helping their own people. They also started to empower black people. You can see more about this on the "About the BPP" page.
